Terms and Conditions of Letting

Please read these Terms and Conditions of your holiday booking carefully as any departure from them permits the owners of Wildberg to refuse access, amend or terminate the booking.

  1. Please ensure all receipt details are accurate.
  2. Wildberg is self-contained, self-catering holiday accommodation. Your tariff includes linen and towels. Wildberg will be available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and is to be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
  3. A deposit of 50% of the total tariff must be received within 7 days to confirm your booking (if applicable). Payments can be made by direct deposit or credit card.
  4. The balance of payment and the signed Security Bond Form are due 10 days prior to your arrival date.
  5. You must notify the owner of Wildberg if the number of guests increases after the booking is made.
  6. Instructions to access the house will be provided on receipt of full payment and your completed Security Bond Form.
  7. For booking cancellations, a minimum of 14 days written notice is required prior to the commencement of the booking. Payments will then be refunded. If written notice is provided less than 14 days prior to commencement of the booking, any payments will be forfeited unless another booking is secured for the same period. Cancellations within 48 hours of the commencement of the booking will incur a 100% cancellation charge.
  8. All furniture and equipment must be left in its original position and condition.
  9. You are liable for all damage, breakages or losses to the premises and its contents, and they are to be reported immediately to the owner, Louise Stuebiger, on 0429 995 416, and arrangements made for reimbursement (fair wear and tear excepted).
  10. No responsibility is taken for your personal property left on the premises. A $10 handling fee plus postage will be charged if you request lost property to be returned by post.
  11. Guests are responsible for the safekeeping of house keys. You will be charged for replacement of any lost keys.
  12. Removal of excess garbage is your responsibility. If left at the premises, a fee of $20 will be charged.
  13. Pets are not permitted inside the house under any circumstances.
  14. No smoking is allowed inside the house.
  15. Your Security Bond will be called on if the premises are left in an unsatisfactory condition on your departure. Unsatisfactory condition shall include, but is not limited to:
  • The house requiring extra cleaning or the BBQ requiring cleaning ($30 per hour).
  • Loss or damage occasioned to the premises, house, or contents (including breakages and damaged or missing linen and towels).
  • Loss or damage resulting from the premises being left unsecured.
  • Furniture not returned to its original position – a fee of $50 will be charged.
  • Excess garbage left on the premises.
  • Keys not returned at time of departure, or lost.
  1. We also reserve the right to make a claim on the Security Bond to recover any costs incurred due to your or your visitors’ failure to comply with the terms and conditions.
  2. Your liability for failure to comply with the terms and conditions is not limited to the amount of the Security Bond.
  3. Guests are requested to respect the neighbours – no parking on their nature strips and please keep noise to a reasonable level. Related complaints may result in the forfeiture of the Security Bond.
